About Our School:

Led by Kerri Tabarcea, Success Academy Cobble Hill will open in 2012 with kindergarten and first grade and continue to grow a grade each year until it reaches K-8. The school is located on Baltic Street between Court Street and Smith Street. The Cobble Hill neighborhood is home to an array of historic sites, shops, and restaurants, which reflects the community’s rich and diverse culture. It is close to the F/G subway lines at the Bergen Street stop as well as the B57 bus line.

Kerri R. Tabarcea, Leader of Success Academy Cobble Hill

Before joining Success Academy Charter Schools, Kerri taught middle school and worked with developmentally disabled adults. She loves being able to see how much her scholars grow academically and socially from the moment they enter the schools’ doors. It is remarkable for her to see the wonderful individuals her scholars have grown into and how Success Academies has played a role. Kerri received her Bachelor of Fine Arts and Master’s in Art and Design Education with emphasis in painting from Pratt Institute of Art and Design.
