Join Our April Self-Care Challenge!

Education is not for the faint of heart. Most professionals write memos and take meetings. Educators mold minds, spark passions, join families, dry tears, and generally spend their days pouring yourself into the care and keeping of others. That’s why we’re excited to invite educators across the planet to join our April Self-Care Challenge.

It’s a simple premise with, we hope, a big payoff: download this calendar and follow the self-care prompt for each day to clear your mind and cleanse your soul. Along the way, you can post photos of your self-care journey and tag us on Instagram (@RobertsonCenter) or Twitter (@RobertsonCtrSA). Throughout the month, we’ll be double tapping and giving out prizes, including a sound machine, Muse meditation headband, and Y7 Yoga classes, to name a few.
