For Makers of Magical Schools

Education is a performance sport. To do it well, educators need practice, targeted coaching, and a supportive team cheering them on. Our free programs are designed with these critical elements in mind, accelerating the work of educators across the planet in their pursuit of magical schools.

For educators in pursuit of the extraordinary.

Workshops

Great teachers are great learners. Throughout the year, our workshops and virtual trainings offer educators the opportunity to build skill, community and expertise. Hailing from across the nation, educators join us to explore the core components of subject area instruction and school design at Success Academy, including curriculum, content, and the pre-teaching prep that powers each lesson. Participants then develop a vision for implementing what they learned at their schools. Join our mailing list to be the first to know when new opportunities go live.

School Consultancies

Each year, we partner with a select group of networks or districts looking to tackle specific educational challenges in key areas of school design, including curriculum and content, school management, and professional development. School consultancies are free, custom-built to meet each school’s needs, and designed to equip leaders with the skills they need to tackle the challenges they face today, and others that might arise down the road. (By invitation)

Leader Residencies

Great educators are visionaries — but sometimes vision needs a tune-up. Our Residencies give network- and district-level leaders the chance to develop, question or refine a vision of excellence in the critical components of schooling: curriculum and content, school management, or professional development. Over the course of a 4-6 week intensive, Residents take a comprehensive look at Success Academy’s model as they set out to refine their own, then create an action plan designed to make it a reality. The program reflects our belief that clarity of vision on what a school aims to deliver is the crucial first step in delivering it. (By invitation)
