This week, we are proud to welcome our first class of Robertson Leadership Fellows, 16 experienced professionals who have been selected for a two-year program designed to leverage their management expertise in other sectors as they learn the ins and outs of running outstanding schools. The Fellowship program provides intensive training, experiential learning, real-time coaching and feedback, and comprehensive support. Funded by the Robertson Foundation, this initiative will ultimately allow Success Academy to share our school design and methods across the country. We are developing leaders for Success and the sector at large to accelerate school improvement on a national scale and advance meaningful education reform for the benefit of all children.
