LONG RIDGE PARTNERS TO PROVIDE COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP, PAID INTERNSHIP TO SUCCESS ACADEMY SCHOLAR
New York, NY — Seeking to support diversity in the investment management industry, Long Ridge Partners, a leading executive search firm in the finance sector, will provide an annual college scholarship to a Success Academy graduating senior. In addition, the firm will create a paid internship program for the summer following freshman year so the students can begin to learn about the diverse career opportunities available in the finance sector.
Success Academy Charter Schools is a network of 47 schools in New York City. Over 94% of its 21,000 students are children of color, and three-quarters receive free or reduced-price lunch. The schools are free public K-12 schools open to all children in the state through a random lottery.
The competitive scholarship is open to a Success Academy senior with a 3.7+ GPA and a strong interest in pursuing finance as a career.
