Principals

Nadienka Morillo 

Ms. Morillo joined Success Academy in 2016 as a teacher at SA Bronx 2 before becoming an assistant principal there. She later served as principal of SA Howard Beach before stepping into senior leadership at SA Bronx 4. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with minors in psychology and English from Long Island University-Brooklyn, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Howard University.

She later served as principal of SA Howard Beach before transitioning to lead SA Bronx 4. In 2026, she expanded her leadership to include SA Norwood.

 
 

Torriel Morris 
Ms. Morris began her Success Academy career at SA Bronx 4, teaching for three years before transitioning to the assistant principal role at SA Harlem 1. She returned to SA Bronx 4 as assistant principal in 2025, bringing her leadership experience back to the community where her career began. Ms. Morris holds a master’s degree in general and special education from Lehman College and is deeply committed to adult development, instructional excellence, and supporting all scholars in reaching their fullest potential. Outside of school, Ms. Morris loves to travel the world, explore museums, read books, and spend time with her loved ones.
