Ms. Dieterle joined Success Academy in 2023 as the K-4 teacher at SA Hudson Yards. She served as a theater teacher for two years, bringing her scholars to numerous competitions and performance opportunities and working to foster in them both artistic excellence and confidence, then transitioned to the role of assistant principal in 2025. Ms. Dieterle holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ithaca College and brings a deep commitment to building a strong, connected community of scholars, staff, and families. Outside of school, she loves spending time with her family, enjoying art and theatre in NYC, and dabbling in any creative project she can get her hands on.
From their very first day, scholars take part in art, music, chess, and athletics—built right into the school day and free for all families.
