Ms. Rosenkrantz joined Success Academy in 2008 as an education assistant at SA Harlem 1, where she served as a first- and second-grade assistant teacher and organized school events. She then spent one year recruiting school staff to help the organization grow, and also played a leading role in developing SA’s THINK Literacy curriculum. She spent the next two years at the New Jersey Department of Education managing a program designed to boost student achievement at underperforming schools. In 2014, Ms. Rosenkrantz returned to Success Academy as a leadership fellow, teaching third and fourth grades and mentoring new teachers. She was then an assistant principal at SA Bed-Stuy 1 before becoming the school’s principal for the 2016–2017 school year. During the 2017–2018 school year, Ms. Rosenkrantz served as the principal of SA Harlem East. Ms. Rosenkrantz is originally from Boca Raton, Florida, and is a graduate of Amherst College with a degree in philosophy. She earned her master’s degree in education policy and management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her dog, Hannah.
