Chelsea Marone

Ms. Marone joined Success Academy in 2016 as a third grade ICT at SA Fort Greene. She taught ICT in both the third and fourth grade at Fort Greene for 3 years before moving to SA South Jamaica. There she transitioned into a leadership role as both a Grade Team Lead of third and a teacher in fourth grade. Before coming to Success Academy, Ms. Marone graduated from Lafayette where she earned an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Spanish. She then became a Teach for America corps member where she taught special education for 3 years in rural South Carolina where she earned a Master’s degree in Instructional Accommodations. When she is not at school, she can often be found cooking, reading, running or spending time with her family and friends.
